How do you post a quote - in a reply to someone?

When you click on post reply, see the little Icons in the bar just above where you type? Quote is the yellow square, last one.
Click on it once, then paste in the words you have cut then click it again.

To cut and paste, Highlight what you want to cut, then hold down the control key and hit C to paste, hold control and hit V

You can also just type [QUOTE}
in front and [/QUOTE} at the end BUT USE THE [[ ]] brackets, not the {{ }} ones around the word.
