Beer Carb Counts...

http://www.realbeer.com/edu/health/calories.php

It's hard to find the carb counts on beer sometimes...
I ran across this site.. they have more calorie info.. but lots of carb counts too..

Whaaaale, let me see --

Guiness has 10 carbs and Miller Lite has three -- between the two I'd rather have 1/3 of a Guiness than one Miller! But I find it easier just to have none at all.

The realbeer.com site is very good, though. I used to consult it all the time when I brewed my own beer. Robert

Ill have to check the site out later, we are getting ready to go to dinner. But that will be handy. I went to a concert last night and had no idea what drinks to buy. I ended up having diet coke and vodka. I "think" I also had a rum and diet coke. I had vodka and orange fruit 20. It didnt effect my weight however.

Thanks for posting that link! When I go out to the West coast a couple times a year, I like to have Henry Weinhard's, but I never knew the particulars on calories and carbs.....until now.
