the chills ??!!
 

I've been on the atkins diet for about a week, dropped 5 lbs, and was curious if anyone else experiences the chills? nothing major ... but just cold hands and feet... goosebumps for no reason.... it might just be me, i was just curious if anyone else experiences this?!

heheh funny you should mention that.

I have been on the diet since April, and I am always cold now. I just thought it was me. We figure that since I am burning the fat layer, my insulation is melting away making me feel colder. I have noticed since losing 32 pounds, I don't sweat as much or as often as I use to. (btw...I am now down to 158 from 192)

Anyway, there is a post under the health section titled Freezing?

We can't figure it out either ;)
