Another Fitday question, not in the fitday thread
Is there any place to put in a multivitamin? Do I have to customize this? Also, what types of foods can I get extra Vitamin D, C, Iron and Magnesium from?

You can enter your multivitamin into your custom foods.
I *think* spinach is high in iron, as well as all dark leafy greens. HTH! |
