Any LowCarbers from New Zealand??
 

Hi, are there any low carbers from new zealand??

i just thought we could join this thread to inform others about low-carb products etc that we find in various supermarkets, because unlike usa, we have very things such as low-carb ice-cream, low-carb bread, low-carb pasta etc....

we can use this to help each other out, so that we can enjoy more foods while low-carbing, without having to cook everything from scratch!

These are some of the things I've found:

1) LC lollies made by Equal (0 carbs)
-foodtown and new world, auckland
2) diet jelly by weight watchers (0.2 carbs)
-most supermarkets in auckland
3) cuttlefish balls, meatballs (approx 0.9 carbs each)
-chinese supermarkets, auckland
4) signature range vanilla icecream (approx 10 carbs per serving) - This is not sugar-free icecream, but it contains less carbs than any other icecream that i've found so far
-most supermarkets
