Meat and cheese cups
 

Does anyone know if the ground beef and cheese cups from Bakers or Del Taco are ok to eat on induction. I dont know if fast food mexican places add anything that is bad on induction to their meat. Please help. I am new to this WOE :roll:

I dont think we have those places on the east coast

I couldnt find cround beef and cheese cups only bean and cheese cups and rice and cheese cups and both of those are no no's.

If there is nothing more in it but meat and cheese I think its fine.

I'll got to fast food places and get burgers with no bun or ketchup (I only get onions if they are raw not dehydrated)
