Adkin's Bars

Why do those Adkin's bar say they have only two net grams of carbohydrates when there is really 11 to 14? I mean, I look at the product information and after subtracting the fiber from the carbs, I get 11 to 14 carbs depending on which kind it is.

You also subtract the sugar alcohol which gets it down to what they say is the "NET CARBS". But be careful some people stall on sugar alcohol. And some like me it will tear-up mystomach and send me to the restroom 10 min. after I eat it.

Yes, read what others have said. I'm one of the lucky ones...no bad aftereffects. Even with that said, I limit to one only very occasionally.
