Pizza Hut AACCKKKK!
 

OK, I am frightened. My DS won an award to Pizza Hut. What am I supposed to do. I know for sure that they are not LC. The cheese alone will not fill me up. I do not want to break his heart but please help! :help:

Go there, get a salad and eat the toppings off a piece of pizza. :) All will be well!

I know the lunch buffet has a salad bar, and I'm pretty sure they have at least dinner salads on teh regular menu.

I know different PH's have different set-ups. In my sister's home town, it's a rinky-dink affair where they don't expect people to dine-in and there's not a salad on the menu.

However, in our area in the larger restaurants, there are very worthy salad bars. I think they also have buffalo wings on the menu, although I'm not exactly sure what the sauce has since I've never eaten them (buffalos in our area can't fly ;) ). Geez, I love their deep-dish! That's why I haven't been since starting Atkins. ;)

If your son gets a meat-lover's pizza, the toppings from a piece or two along with the salad would make a splendid meal! :)

You are 40-30-30, so you might manage a piece of pizza if you can scrounge some protein from somewhere and try the salad bar.

Don't feel obligated to have pizza though. I used to love it. Now it's been so long I don't know how I would feel, after all it has a lot of (yuck) white flour.

Pizza Hut has an excellent salad. Lots of fresh toppings. Even before, LC, the salad bar would often fill me up. No fear.
