Could loosing a lot of weight in the past slow down my loss now?

Hi

I am a newbie. With so many questions. I am loving this forum. So much info.

I have lost 119 lbs in about 4 years, in the last year I have only lost about 15 lbs 10 of it in thlast 10 weeks on atkins. It seems to be slowing down again no loss last week and a 2# gain this week. I am doing between 20-25 carbs per day and have been in keitosis the whole 10 weeks. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. coluld it be the previous weight loss? Do I need to drop my carb intake? Increase my carb intake? Any advise would be welcome.

Dr. Atkins advises us to increase the carbs after Induction. Your body can get used to managing on very few carbs. One way to reassure it is to give it more carbs and even eat more food in general for a few days.
