Breyers Low-carb ice cream. Worth it?
 

I just got a coupon for the new low-carb ice cream from Breyers. Just wondering if anyone has tried it and if it was good or not. I'd hate to buy it and end up not eating it because it tastes bad. Thanks!

Most people who have tried it here in the forums just loved it. they said it tasets just like the other Bryers Ice Creams. I have not personally tried it because I couldn't find it in my stores yet. I did get some of those Atkins Ice Cream Bars and I liked them too much. I keep hearing them calling me. Hehe! :)

It tastes good enough that I'm considering not buying it anymore !

The strawberry is best IMHO, only costs about $3.00 for a half gallon, way cheaper than Atkins ice cream (which is also good)

This ice cream is as good as the regular brand Breyers puts out. I've only had the chocolate and it was amazing. As for my credentials as an ice cream expert, let me state that my parents owned an ice cream store where they made it fresh. I am extremely picky about ice cream. This is the good stuff!

It does contain high fructose corn syrup so just be on the lookout for any cravings it might trigger. I have to be really careful with even the fake sugars. Uggggh!

I bought the strawberry flavor the first part of the week. It's all gone now. I know now I just can't control myself. It was delicious and worth every bite.

IF I remember correctly the box said it had 16 servings. Wow, that's 64 carbs. I think I was able to make mine last 5 days. Definetly not long enough.
