first cholesterol test

Never been one to test my cholesterol, or even diet for that matter, but MD insisted I have a blood work up at my last annual exam. He knew I was on the Atkins diet and had lost some weight.

The results came today in the mail..... total = 155.... HDL = 58.

So much for the idea that this is bad for my health!
