My typical menu for a day is

Lunch

Chicken salad with mayo at lettuce 1 cup or two romaine leafs

Dinner 8z of meat or fish and a small ceaser salad.

maybe two snacks a day I have pork rinds (no carbs or sugar) or I will have some beff or tuna at night.

Sounds like you aren't eating enough calories. If you are doing that much exercise your body fat equation is changing.

When you don't eat enough your body thinks you are starving and holds onto each pound.

Also, you are building muscle (which weighs more) so you are probably losing inches.

TAKE MEASUREMENTS and up your calories.

That is so true about the muscle weight thing. I was going through a weight loss stall for about two weeks, an was panicked. There were 3 things that were affecting me. I wasn't eating enough fat for the diet to work, I was eating too many lo-carb bars (the sugar alcohol is burned before the carbs) and I was building muscle. When I added more fat, only eat the bars on the weekends with my coffee in the mornings, and went down another size in jeans, even though I weigh the same, I knew what was up!! Stop checking the scale, and buy some pants a size too small, when those are loose, go smaller!! It keeps you sane!!
