Hi Everyone,
My husband and myself are going to start the Atkin's plan on Monday I am trying to make a grocery list so I can get all the NEW food that we will be eating. I think Breakfast will be simple enough....I love porridge and or eggs.
It is lunch that will pose a problem (We both work outside the home). Does anyone have any lunch ideas for us?:help:

Watch out for oatmeal. It's not usually introduced until you're well into the program. There's lot's of other great things you can have for breakfast. :)
