Kiss?

What is KISS? I've seen it referred to in other posts but I have no Idea what it means.

I have heard and seen that used, not here in paticular but elsewhere, and it meant "Keep it simple, sweetie." or "Keep it simple, stupid." depending on your mood I guess. I don't know if that appllies here or not.

Thaks for your link. I clicked on it and then saw your other link, clicked on that. It is super-imposed but still interesting to read.
I was not aware there a derivitive of Atkins out there under that name.
