Question regarding fat ratios....
I've been using FitDay to help track my protein/fat ratios.. some days my fat is up to 70%. Should I be shooting for a lower number or is this OK?

70% fat is exactly right! Most of us find we lose best with ratios of 65 to 75% fat, 20 to 30% protein and 5% carbs. :) Now, repeat after me, fat is my friend. ;) Cheers. :rose:Rosebud:rose: |
