20 Pounds Gone!!!!
 

I am SO happy! :yay:
I know others have had much bigger/faster successes, but to me, being in my 50s and battling my weight all my life, losing this first 20 pounds is a big deal.
Thanks to all of you that post your thoughts and ideas here. Even though I don't post a lot, I do read a lot and try different suggestions, food ideas etc.
No one has noticed my weight loss yet, because I had over 100 pounds to lose. But that's OK. I know I've done it!! And this way, I am not having to listen to people tell me how "bad" this WOE is for me, and I don't have to constantly defend myself. BUT, when they DO begin to notice, I'm ready for them! :lol: I DARE them to tell me this WOE isn't the right one for me!
Now...on to the NEXT 20!!
