unsweetened raisons??

I can't find them in the carb gram counter book. Does anyone know if the carb count and portion size? Thanks.

Raisins don't need to be sweetened, as they're already supersweet naturally. They're nearly 80% sugar by weight!

According to our Carb Counter tool, 100g seedless raisins have 79.13g carbs / 4g fiber. 100g = approx. 3½ oz.

For the cup measure, 1 cup (packed) has 130.56g carbs / 6.6g fiber.

holy cow, I'm glad I stayed away from them. lol.
Just imagine the ones that have sugar sprinkled on top, I used to eat those when I was a kid! Can't remember the name but they came in little red packages.
Thanks so much for the quick reply. ;)
