How to bake a Sponge Cake?
 

Can anyone explain to me how do I bake a moist sponge cake using soya flour?

and how can I mask the soya flour taste? so that it would feel like I am eating a sponge cake instead of tofu.

Where I live, I cannot buy stuff like Atkin's Bake mix etc. just the regular stuff.
