As some of you may know, I live in Canada. Tomorrow i`m going to NY and I plan on loading up on LC foods .I would love and appreciate your feedback on what to buy and what I shouldn`t leave your country without. Thanks a bunch xo.

Hey! I dunno what foods are available in Canada or not, but I know here in Florida GNC is the MOST expensive, so avoid them. Vitamin Shoppe is the LEAST expensive here, and then the family type owned health food stores vary. I dont have a Trader Joe's here so I dunno bout them :) Hope someone can help ya out!!
