salt and vinegar pork rinds
I stated in a thread a few days ago that having ice cream around was no big deal for me but that chips are my big bug-a-boo, especially salt and vinegar chips. Well today I was in a "thrift" breadstore and saw the pork rinds. I thought, well, I'm not crazy about them but I'll get some plain ones just in case I want to bread something and that's when I saw them...SALT AND VINEGAR PORK RINDS! I'm safe now! I had a few tonight and they filled that crunch need and that salt and vinegar taste I've been missing every since starting this WOE. I'm so excited I just wanted to share that with you all. Made my day anyway! Plus, I'm going to see Ruben Stoddard (American Idol) tomorrow night, compliments of a friend. He's got a great voice! She's on Atkins too, so no cheats tomorrow night.
