Ok-its evident that fit day is a MUST for me!!!

Im making the committment to DO fitday no matter how time consuming. I did it for yesterday and it was screaming "carb creep"!!!

We DID however go out to dinner for DH birthday lst night and that IS difficult to stay on track 100%. His choice of restaurants was a little Italian place-can you say CARB HEAVEN (or carb hell for us!!)?

I chose a ckn ceasar salad from the menu-hold the crutons-so, probably a decent low carb choice but STILL....

At any rate-Im now dedicated to fit day to see exactly WHAT Im doing wrong. I hope this makes the difference. Oh, and shooting for MORE AND MORE water. Cant promise a gallon (OMG) but I will try!

(today I actually had a GAIN on the scale and I feel heavier)

Feeling more proactive anyway-thanks for everyones advice!! Stay tunned for a post soon with NO whining!! L

I have found fitday to be really fun (but then, I'm a gook.) And so useful. Don't worry, just like anything else, it's tougher at first. Soon you'll be zipping through fitday because you've set up your custom foods, gotten your searches down, and so forth.
I'm not even afraid of italian anymore, because I can have antipasto, olive tray, some of the veal dishes...just no pasta, but I'm extremely surprised to find...I don't miss it!
Just hang in there. Worst case scenario is that you aren't gaining, right? And I love that.
