Carb Bar poll
 

Dear people,

Is there some way this site allows us to compose a poll message that would poll those who regularly eat carb bars as to if they either:

a. experience stalls with digestive problems,
b. do not experience stalls and have no digestive problems,
c. experience stalls with no digestive problems,
d. do not experience stalls and have digestive problems.

When you click on new thread, down at the very bottom of the box it asks if you want to post a poll.

Then again, you could do a Search (using the icon above your post) and see how very many threads already exist on this board about people's experiences with eating bars, cutting out the bars etc. There are BUNCHES of threads about bars and sugar alcohols.

If anyone has something to say on this I;d be interested in knowing what it is. I'm a total feebe when it comes to doing any kind of official 'search,' so would lvoe to hear from anyone if they have the difinitive word on this. In a perfect diet world, I'd love to be able to eat an Atkins bar once a day without any stalls. Is it possible? Probable? Unlikey?
