LC Cream of Mushroom with Asparagus
I love cream of mushroom soup so I HAD to come up with a LC version of it..It's VERY quick and easy to make.
8 ounces sliced button mushrooms 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1 can asparagus spears chopped, with liquid 1 tablespoon butter small pinch of garlic powder salt to taste Sautee the mushrooms in the butter, add the chopped asparagus and the liquid from the can. Bring to a boil. Take off of heat and add the cream and garlic powder. salt to taste |
