in ketosis and gaining weight?
 

Anyone have an idea why I can be in ketosis and gain weight? I test every morning and have been pink (5) to med. pink (40). I have lost my appetite and have the metallic mouth taste.

Last week I gained four pounds all the time while being in Ketosis. I drink lots of water usually 80-100 oz, and work out 7-10 times a week...Curves, soccer and walking. My measurements haven't changed either.

I have lost 2 of the 4 pounds....but I am still up 2 from 11 days ago.

I'm frustrated and trying to understand what is going on!!

Since early August my weight loss has really slowed down....and now I weigh what I did Sept. 1st.

I think you need to post a menu. We need to see what you are eating.

I have started a journal to see what I have been eatting...or should I repost meals onto this thread?
