Emotional eating - here I go........
.......back to induction again.
Ever since I went back to work (I work as an Educational Assistant with the school board), I've had difficulty with this WOE. I don't eat 'illegal' carbs, but I tend to overeat the legal ones. ( nuts, Atkins bars) Even though my daily carbs stay within limits, my calories have jumped from an average of 1400 (preOWL), to 1900 (OWL). Needless to say, even with regular exercise, I am just maintaining, not losing. Sooooo, I think I will go back to induction to gain back some control over my eating habits. Does anyone else have to do this periodically?? |
Going back on induction is fine, but if you have a real struggle with it, why not cut out the bars, nuts, maybe replace hard cheese with cottage cheese.
Those bars and nuts can work againist so many, I think it may just be the trick for you  Good Luck Kathy |
