started today
 

I just started the Atkins way today. I have read through the book some and looked at the cookbook and watched the videos. I have cut way back on carbs the last couple of weeks so i hope it will make it a little easier to adjust to. The first day went good so far. I am sure I will have a ton and a half of questions, I just need to think of them.

I already have a few but the most important one is how do i know which place to post them to on the forum. I did a google search last night and found all of you, then registered and here I am. The sight seems overwhelming large and a little confusing to someone like myself that is new.

With regard to posting, the place to go is what seems to serve your question best. If it is a health question then its the Low Carb Health and Technical Forums, if its Atkins specific then put it in the specific Atkins forum, Newbies questions have their own slot as well. Often it is just as easy to do a search of the site to find your answer as it is likely that someone has asked that question before.
