Atkins Shake Mixes Reformulated???
 

The dry vanilla Atkins shake mix has a new label and has been reformulated. It has ~30% less protein and more sugars, triple the carbs. It is no longer a fine powder but it now has a 'mixable' granular consistency and comes with a scoop half the former size. It tastes different too. My wife now supplements it with protein powder. Have you noticed this too?

No, I have never bought his shake mix. I like Iso-Pro Whey which is about 30 gm protein and less than 2 gm carbs and sweetened with Splenda. The chocolate mixes very readily & smoothly with water, cream or any other liquid.

In the catalog, they called it "New and improved", "Spoon stirrable"....like when they "improved" the muffin mix by tripling the carbs, halving the yield, and raising the price...
