Haven't been weighing myself
 

I don't own a scale.... and have only weighed myself 3 times since i started... at the end of month 1... and then 2 weeks later no change in weight... so i decided clothes fit me better so i am not going to worry about the scale...

Went to a Friends house over the weekend... and she had a scale peeking at me while i was in her bathroom... I couldn't resist... hopped right on :yay:

And to my suprise... i had lost 4.5 lbs since the last time i had weighed...

I am sooo inspired ... it was such a pleasant suprise..
And on top of that... the weigh-in took place after all my water... and eating barb-Q meat ALL day long... with out any "activity"... so i probably weigh even less than i think :roll: :roll: :roll:
