Thinking of St-Huberts tonight..need info

Hi all,

I was think of going to St-Hubert's for dinner tonight. I was wondering if anyone would have the carb count on a half chicken dinner w/ salad (no bun or fries of course :-}) and also any info on the creamy coleslaw? If these are stupid question sorry but I just wanted to know..

Thx all

hi there,

Yummmm, St-Hubert .. haven't had in years (since they closed the franchise in my town :() Anyway, I checked the website http://www.st-hubert.com .. but there's no nutritional data. In general, rotisserie chicken is zero carbs, but the sauce of course will have carbs in it from the thickener (cornstarch) and possibly a bit of sugar. Coleslaw as a rule is pretty carby since sugar is traditionally used in the dressing. Might be better to get a caesar (hold the croutons) or a regular salad with Ranch or Bleu cheese drsg, which tend to be lowest in carbs.

Enjoy your dinner!
