Really Fast & Easy: Scallops, Prawns & Bacon
When we're in the mood for seafood and I don't want to spend a lot of time cooking, I throw this together:
1 lb Lg Scallops 1/2 lb Prawns (pre-cooked) 1/2 lb bacon (cut into ~ 1 inch pcs) 1 can water chestnuts Garlic Salt Saute the scallops w/ bacon. Once the scallops & bacon are cooked, add the water chestnuts & prawns. Cook (until the prawns are thoroughly heated). Use garlic salt to taste. Enjoy! |
