3rd belt notch!!!!!!!!
 

i have a belt that i couldn't wear when i started this woe a little over three weeks ago...i'm now in my third notch and feeling great! i love this new life - thanks for all the help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:yay:

Actually, I can wear my belt four notches smaller, but then my pants bunch up bcuz they are getting WAY YOO BIG !!!

Congratulations! You are doing great! :clap: And, from what I have read, it is losing the weight around the middle that makes the biggest difference for our health, so that makes going down a belt notch even more significant.
