Aspertame

Is aspertame something we should stay away from in this diet?

Dr. Atkins certainly preferred Splenda (Sucralose) & Stevia. But many people continue to lose which taking in asprtame. It's one of those individual things.

Some people say it causes headaches. I havn't had that problem but I only use things with aspartame ocasionally.
