LBurnikell rosemam hey. can i join? sounds like a good idea. I know i can lose ten pounds in ten days. Still on induction and am not weighing myself until the end of this week. So we'll have to see how i've been doing so far. 8 going on 9 cheatfree days. How do u get that cheatfree icon in your signature? |

Leenie 234 LBurnikell rosemam OK. I am in. I really need to do this....so, now I am definitely going to lose 10 pounds in four weeks. EASY PEASY! (I hope!) Good luck guys. Charlotte Mini Goals: 1. Convince myself I CAN live without coffee EVERY day. 2. Get over my "need to feed" when I am po'd about something. 3. Learn to vary my menus. 4. Drink my water EVERY day. 5. Get some kind of exercise DAILY. Major Goals: 1. Get the weight off, KEEP it off! 2. Be in teeny weeny bikini form for that holiday in Greece/Turkey next spring!!! 3. Learn to always put ME first, eat healthy and exercise. |
I am having a heck of a time keeping my calories low. Maybe its the cooler weather setting in, I don't know, seems like lately I can eat and eat and eat. OY lol.
Guess I better grab this by the horns and make burgers out of it huh. Good luck everyone, and remember chin up, every ounce lost is success, we can do this :D Hugs |

JJ its until October 6th, we try to have challenges that are realistic. I think 2 lbs per week for 5 weeks is pretty safe, but I never seem to be able to keep up with it myself.
I need something to motivate me so even if I lose 1/2 of that, I'm a happy camper :D I did really good yesterday, I kept my calories around 1600, carbs were 16 :D Does anyone know if snacking on black olives is good or bad ? When I go into fitday it seems to be okay. Hugs and I'm happy that all of you could join in. Leenie |

Well I will be on vacation during that time so that will be a challenge in itself. DH and I are planning on taking a cooler with us with some lowcarb drinks and some things to munch on while on the road. I'm averaging about 1/2 lb. a week and I'm not counting calories, just the carbs. Oh, and BTW, black olives are legal! I don't remember for sure, but I think you're allowed about 15 a day! I don't ever consume that many except when making pizza, but I sure love 'em.. (p.s. don't tell anyone, but they're suppose to be good for your love life..hehehe!) Okay, well, I'm up for the challenge! LET'S DO IT!!!! :yay: |
