I had 1 spoonful of Breyers chocolate chip mint Ice cream last night. It was my daughter's B-day.
The carton says 17 carbs per 125 mil.

So is the spoonful a cheat?

I need to know if I have to change my cheat free star!!

If you made a conscious choice to taste the icecream then I'd call it a choice - but that's just me, I hate the word 'cheat' and the guilt associated with it.

No, that is not a cheat. As-a-matter-of-fact, we use that word to easily. Remember, the problem with a high carb diet is...high carbs. In the past, you would have had a bowl of ice cream, maybe 2 bowls.
