Does/did anyone have the lc tortillias on induction, at all

I have heard yes and no to this, I have alot in the freezer, I dont eat alot of them anyways, but im thinking I should have one everyday for the fibre,,,,and the variety.

What do you all think.

only 3 net carbs and mega fibre, the are awesome.

Technically, Atkins would probably say no. It's best to wait until the first two weeks are up, at least. Then if you continue on extended Induction, you could probably add them. I wouldn't have them every day — you never know what imitation-high-carb items might trigger a craving or cause a stall.

Induction should really be done clean with only the foods on the acceptable list, ESPECIALLY if you have problems with cravings and have found you have problems losing and sticking to the diet.

It's only 2 weeks. While grains are one of the last things to be added on the carb ladder, the tortillas are probably high enough fiber to add earlier IF they don't cause cravings. If you find you're having cravings or can't stop at just one, leave them alone till maintanance.

Sticking to the plan will work best. Some people can add things back in and still lose at a great weight, but you complained before that you were having alot of problems losing and sticking to the plan.

Yep, doing induction means sticking to the foods listed for induction, sway from it and set yourself up to fail.
