Okay, this isn't really a BFL question, but it's related in a brotherly sort of way. Has anyone read or used Shawn Phillip's (Bill's brother) book, "ABSolution"?

I'm thinking of buying it, so I'm just wondering if anyone has any comments about it.

Hahaha, I guess that's one strong vote for...

Shawn is "the ab man" - there's a post in this forum (or in General, I forget!) from about 16 months ago on how to train your abs by Shawn :thup: If you search on his name you'll find it. Great info.

I don't know if I'd ever be able to get my body fat low enough to see abbs. But if i do, dammit, I want some abbs to be there. :roll:

I just posted to it, in fact. It's under General Exercise.

Now the fog has cleared. I couldn't understand why it was posted under General Exercise b/c it sounded so BFL. Now I get it! Bill Phillips brother, Shawn. Duh!
