Addicted!
I am addicted to checking my ketones and looking at everybody progress! They both make me very happy!
I' am like YES day 3 on the darkest! WOO HOO, or alright look at them they are at 78% that makes me happy for them and happy because some day soon I hope I will be there! :clap: Anyone else feel like I do!?! (barrowed from Peter Frampton comes alive LOL just kidding but I noticed that after I wrote it) :lol: |
I was too in the beginning. Now I check every so often especially after a day of eating (what in my opinion is over-eating). Just like weighing yourself...the novelty does wear off :)

I'm afraid that if I check my ketones I'll be nuts about it too! Like the scale!

I dont have a scale, my BF has it at his house, and he takes the batteries out now! UGHH he says only once a week! Not every 15 minutes :lol: *giggle*:spin:
Oh and I am also addicted to the smiley face guys! he he |

I find it interesting to check once in a while but the results have a lot of variables, like how much water consumed, time of day, excercise. etc. I used them a lot when I first started but don't anymore.

I used to be addicted myself. Now I check myself maybe once every other day (yes, that's being good! lol), typically in the morning.
