Oh my gosh, I wish I could come!! DH and I were just there 2 weeks ago for a visit to Vancouver and had the pleasure of eating at the Fish House and meeting Karen! Enjoy yourself Jeanyyy (I KNOW you will) and way to go Karen on making LC night such a success!

Your Trip to Vancouver
 
Lily - tried to PM you but your PM box was full....

When is it? Is it over? I was there this summer and met Karen and ate (twice) at the Fishouse....fabulous. The grilled tuna was sublime....and make sure you have the Panna Cotta for desert...as a coincidence I am making it myself right now for some company tommorrow evening. Its totally decadent for non lo-carb folks....3 cups of heavy cream - chilled - on a plate with berries.....yummy.

Looking forward to hearing about your trip...
