Kosher Question
 

I have a big problem lately. I am thinking ahead to the Jewish holidays and I'm not having luck finding things that I will be able to eat. I even emailed Atkins and they didn't get back to me. The next holiday involves honey and challah bread. Then there is the fasting holiday after that. I can't even begin to think about Passover, but I have to. My husband and I are doing fairly well being LC and we don't want to blow it. One serving of matzo is a little over a days worth of carbs!

Does anybody have any suggestions for me? I would really appreciate it.
