New salad dressing discovery!

Okay, salad dressings aren't suppose to make a person this happy
I discovered Marie's salad dressing in the fresh produce dept today and woohoo!!!! :yay:

Here's the stats:

Marie's Premium Super Blue Cheese Dressing
Serv Size 2 TBSP
Calories 160
Total Fat 17G (26%!)
Total Carb 0G (Its got blue cheese in it but evidently not enough to tip the balance to make it a gram a serving)

And it taste better than ANY dressing I've ever tasted. Also the ranch is 0 carbs as well and high fat!

I so needed a dressing that could add more fat and less carbs to my salads and ta da!

Glad you found it. It is an excellent dressing, my favorite

Yea love it. Hmmmm, post got moved to "products." I didn't want it in products, cos I wanted to share with Atkins friends, and most don't bother to check out this area, esp those just starting. Oh well.

You can't really acept the 0 carb, remember that if it's something less than 1 carb they can say zero. I'd count it as 1 carb per serving. A little .99 here and there can add up and make a difference, especially if you're still in the induction phase.

I buy this brand too and it's great but I do count at least a half a carb per serving to be safe.

I love the Maries blue cheese. I use it a lot!

- Dip for chicken wings.
- Melt some butter, add Marie's BC, top a freshly-grilled steak.
- Straight from the jar, over steamed cauliflower.
- Salad dressing. :)
