Endulge Cheesecake?

My DH and I are going to Sams tomorrow to do our monthly shop and I know they have the Endulge Chocolate Cheesecake there...has anyone tried this and did it take you out of ketosis or stall you?

I thought I would get one and just have a little every now and then. I'm not really worried about cravings because as long as I am in ketosis and losing I have a ton of willpower and would not give in to anything I shouldn't have.

Never tried it. Does it have sugar alcohols in it? any hidden carbs?

Serena Fri, Aug-29-03 17:23

I don't think so, Endulge is Dr. Atkins brand!

Well Advantage is also an Atkins brand and it's loaded with sugar alcohols :(

PS the key lime is on sale at atkins.com for 50% off
($7.50)--
there's lots of cheesecake recipes out there, that you can probably make for a lot less that the atkins brand and are sure of the ingredients. I made my first one this week - it's not as hard as it might seem from reading the recipes (it took me a while to psych myself up to attempt it).

ahh they used Splenda in there. I'm amazed even then it's only 3 carbs.

whyspers Fri, Aug-29-03 18:40

They use liquid splenda which has zero carbs.
