I just got the pilate video
The one I got only shows you how to do the moves. Can anyone tell me how many times I am supposed to do each one? I know I can do as many as I want but I wanted to know about how many the videos start you out with. I will probably end up buying another one. Also about how long am I supposed to do them?

on average 5-10 reps each, no more than 10...the idea being that most people concentrate long enough to do 10 correctly on a single move.
