Back Again!
 

Well after quite awhile away I am back with AVENGANCE!
I am now making a commitment to submit to my Fitday Journal everyday!

I fell to the wayside big time and put on almost a stone in weight! It was highly distressing, not merely due to the weight, but the actual mood swings I suffered!
Thankfully I have been back on the Atkins for four days now and have managed to lose 7lbs so half way back to the weight I was before, but this time I am not going to give up!

Hence why I am making the commitment to fitday, time to face the music and be true to myself!

I would appreciate anyones comments on my journal and what I am eating, only recently discovered that you shouldn't subtract 'Of Which Sugars' from the net carbs oooops! :doah: No wonder I wasn't losing much weight lol

Wecome back!!!!!!! It is so easy to fall "off the wagon" but soooo incredibly hard to get back on. I also had quite a bit of time away, and it also made me realize that I simply feel better eating this way, and it sounds as if you learned that as well.

Congrats on your quick success on coming back and continued success going forward!
