wondering?

Hi guys!

Ok I went to theme Park on tuesday and had my traditional Funnel Cake. Totally not in ketosis obviously, I knew this. The next day I went back on the diet. I go back on induction for the 2 weeks(Stay on it anyway) I was just wondering if you have been on the WOE for 9 weeks like I have and one day go off would you suggest, induction you go back on , or just carry on from where u left off. When i talk about out of induction I have the PB cups maybe 1 or 2 a week, diet jello, some nuts, thats about it! I just wanted anyones take on this. I have lost 4 lbs since Tuesday!!! :yay:
thanks
Devil

Depends on my mood. Sometimes I do the REAL induction (excluding all the unallowed foods), sometimes I just pick up where I left of.

As I've said, however, I'm usually more or less in the neighborhood of 20 g's a day, anyway, so it's kinda like Induction...

Just follow the diet, if you only had that one slip up, I would'nt go back to induction. In fact if you've been on the diet for 9 weeks, you may want to add berries too, about 1/3 of a cup of blueberries or raspberries.
Good luck, Kathy

Well, I Always Say I'm Gonna Go Back Into Induction, But That Only Lasts A Day Or So. But My Main Problem Is That I Tell Myselfto Stay Under 20 So That Ill Stay Under 40.

I just continue on as before. I normally try to stay around 20 carbs anyway. But do not wish to take aways foods that I enjoy eating now! Besides I always get back into ketosis within the three days.

I think it depends on your outlook - a lot of people (myself included) like to go back to induction for a few days after a naughty day, just for the purpose of getting back into the proper mindset. It also seems to help get rid of cravings faster. It makes me feel like everything's "back to normal."
