Wow-
What a great article! I think the cool thing is that I truly don't believe that this is another "fad diet" getting a lot of media attention- this is something that really works and is healthy! I know that if people lose the weight Atkins-style and then return to their old "normal" way of eating- they gain the weight back. This isn't a "diet" it is a major life change and I feel so proud to be a part of it!

Also, I wish I could develop some new low-carb products and make a lil money too... ;)
