Sometimes you have to figure out what works for you. Looks like you are losing well. Congratulations! Have you tried the Atkins ketchup? I haven't but I saw it at the store the other day. Also, where are you at in the diet? Still in induction or past it?

I'm past induction but I try to stay around 25g of carbs a day.I'm starting my fifth week on Atkins.

Atkins has low-carb versions which are pretty good, and Keto ketchup is tastier than regular to me... even the kids like the taste better! At one gram per serving, you won't have to skimp OR worry about carbs.

I also found some sugar-free ketchup in the whole foods market last weekend. DH (who cannot LIVE without ketchup on his eggs) tried it and says it's not too bad.

The Atkins steak sauce is pretty darn good. Plus, at 1 carb per tablespoon, it has about 1/3 the carbs of A1

I've debated over getting these items, as I don't use either very often, but when I do have a steak I really love A1 so I have some. And on the rare occasion I make a hamburger and put it on low carb bread, I want the whole deal, and that includes a little ketchup.

We've been using the Atkins ketchup for about 6 weeks. Good taste...just slightly sweeter than the Heinz 57 staple of our pre-lc days.

At the same time we got the Atkins ketchup, we picked up a bottle each of the Walden Farms and the Keto but, frankly, were so satisfied with the Atkins we never got around to trying them.

Picked up a bottle of the Atkins steak sauce too, but haven't had a chance to take it for a "test drive" yet.

if It was me I would get some Keto Ketchup it is great and you wount waste all those carbs on ketchup with corn syrup in it...I like the ATkins steak sauce too but nothing beats A1 I think so when i have to have it I use only 1 T and melt some butter over the steak and the sauce an dthe butter together makes enough for my steak.

I really like the Walden Farms Ketchup. It is 0 carbs and 0 calories. They also have a large line of Salad Dressings, BBQ sauce. They are all 0 carbs. Of course 0 carbs means that they could have as much a .5 carb per serving. But that's not very much for as much ketchup I like to use.

I love my ketchup and steak sauces and am very satisfied with the Atkins line of products.

This might be digusting to some - but I LOVE Ranch dressing on everything! When I used to eat Pizza, it was dipped in Ranch. I dip pork chops, steak, just about anything in Ranch dressing - mmmmmmm :yay:

Lol, Jun keater, I put my salad with ranch on my pizza at Pizza Hut. When I was preganant 6 yrs ago ,I worked at Buddys and the Buddy bread dipped in ranch, YUM, made me gain tons of weight. Thats when I went up to 216 lbs.
