Need Snack Ideas...
Ok, I eat nuts and meat and cheese roll-ups, but I need something to replace these. My weight loss has stalled, and I think I am eating too many nuts and too much cheese. I even think I am out of control with the lunch meat too. I seem to live on ham, turkey, cheese and salad. I have tried to break out and eat broccoli, asparagus, and even green beans with my dinner meats. But, I am at a loss on work time snacks. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

How long have you been LC'ing? Are you finished with induction and have you read Atkin's books? I ask because there are a host of ideas in there based upon where you are in the journey. You are so wise to plan ahead for work. I would like to suggest that you click on reader's recipes on this forum. There are so many snack ideas, your head will be spinning. Other than that, try Hershey's milk chocolate bars, a cherry coke, and cheetos. :yay: Just kidding, ha! :nono: Keep at your efforts and keep us posted, will you? Wow! How nice of you to reply so fast and welcome me to the board! This is actually my second time with Atkins. I lost 30 pounds my first time, down to around 180. I had a breast reduction and a few other things "fixed" last year and gained back about 7 pounds. I am now back in the game and am very happy! I have lost another 15 pounds and would be thrilled to lose more. I have read the book, but what the board always comes up with is better. Your pix are great! Thanks again!
