stupid me!
 

I had been quit over 7 months, and picked them up after a fight with my gf. Stress did me in...of course the fight has been over for several weeks and now I have to stop having "just one" and starting over...over and over again. Smoking in secret, trying to get rid of the smell, feeling terrible guilt. Put them down last night. I actually bought a pack after work, smoked about 4 on the way home, got disgusted with myself and threw the pack away before I got home. Have held out today.

Remember, You CAN NOT have just one. At least I cant!
