70oz water = 10 trips to the loo
 

I drink about 70 - 100oz water per day (an improvement on my 20oz or so pre atkins) but I have to go to the bathroom about 10 times or more a day! Is this normal!

only 10 trips? :rolleyes:

Atkin-ites tend to drink, and advocate the drinking, of way more than the 'daily recommended'.

drink 8x8oz glasses (why don't they just say "drink 64oz"?)

or drink until your pee is almost, but not quite, clear.

or drink 1 fl oz per lb you want to lose.

or drink 8 oz per 25 lbs.

all sorts of calculations out there. it all comes down to many, many trips to the loo everyday.

Hehehe...my collegues at work think there's something wrong with me with all the trips to the bathroom :) What is 1 fl oz? I'm from a 'metric' background!

far out... I'm from Melbourne... a long, long time ago. Was in Aus a couple years ago and loved WA.

1 oz = 30 ml (just a smidge under)

so a litre is 33 fluid ounces. :)

Thanks for the info! I'm going home for a "holiday" this month. But they are very backwards in the LC WOL in perth. I have to plan and bring all my LC alternate products. Hmmm maybe there's a business opportunity there!
