Hi just wondering if anyone ate these and if so what is the carb count? I love them but don't want to go buy any if you can't have. I was wondering because if I remember correctly they are high in fiber! Thanks

4.8g Dietary Fiber
Net Carbs: 7.7g

One cup of green boiled soy beans has 19.89g of total carbs, which 7.56g are fiber. So you get 12.33g of carbs that you need to count..
